It started with an itch and a smell that developed into an uncomfortable rash under my breasts. I was bewildered, as I had never heard anyone else discuss this. With no clear solutions from friends or family, I turned to what I do best—research.
My journey began with showering immediately after workouts and buying new bras, neither of which seemed to help. Powders and over-the-counter ointments only made things worse. Through relentless research, I discovered that a combination of factors, including heat, moisture, and friction, could contribute to this discomfort. Instead of relying on store-bought creams, I decided to create my own solution using essential oils. To my delight, it worked! The discomfort subsided, and the skin began to feel more comfortable.
